This subject has always been top of our agenda. All the manufacturing processes are handled completely in-house, from our design studio to the finished product. We have in place our own computerized quality assurance system which ensures the product is closely monitored for quality at each stage of production. From goods in to the final pre-dispatch check, at which point a certificate is provided for the customer records. For added confidence we accredited with ISO 9001:2000.

Performance

At ICL we pride ourselves on our reaction times. We offer the shortest possible lead times and do not impose penalties for rushed jobs. We use a bespoke production planning system, which includes stock control, which in turn is linked to an automated purchasing system. This helps our carefully selected suppliers to match our own high service standards and response times to ensure the best customer service. This enables us to be on time every time.
